The Manic Panic Dye Away Wipes are essential when dyeing your own hair at home. These can be used directly on your skin to remove any hair dye that may have transferred onto your skin during the dyeing process.

Semi-permanent hair dye can still stain the skin just like a permanent hair dye, however, it will fade much quicker than a permanent dye.
